Who We Are
eXceed Agency is a digital agency based in Slovakia, specializing in website creation and a full suite of digital services. We help businesses and organizations establish and grow their online presence through modern design, strategic branding, and results-driven digital marketing.
Alongside the agency, we are building an NGO focused on writing and managing proposals for EU-funded projects, with a primary focus on youth and education — including Erasmus+ programs, youth exchanges, and educational initiatives.

NGO — EU Projects & Youth
Our NGO arm focuses on creating impact through EU-funded programs:
- Proposal Writing — Drafting and submitting project proposals for EU funding programs (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, etc.)
- Project Management — Organizing, coordinating, and delivering funded projects from start to finish
- Youth Exchanges — Facilitating cross-border youth mobility programs and cultural exchanges
- Education Programs — Developing training curricula, workshops, and educational materials
- Partnership Building — Connecting with organizations across Europe to form project consortia

Our Vision
To become a leading digital agency in Central Europe while building one of Slovakia's most active NGOs in the EU youth and education space. We see these two arms as complementary:
- The agency builds the digital expertise, revenue, and operational capacity
- The NGO channels that expertise into social impact, funded by European programs
Long-term, we aim to:
- Scale the agency to serve clients across the EU with premium digital services
- Establish the NGO as a trusted partner for EU institutions and youth organizations
- Bridge the gap between the tech/digital world and the youth/education sector
- Create a talent pipeline where young people from our EU projects gain real-world digital skills
Team
We are currently a small founding team of up to 5 people, combining skills in development, design, marketing, and project management. Our lean size allows us to be agile, move fast, and stay close to every project.
