Digital services, development, design & marketing
The agency arm is our commercial engine — delivering full-stack development, UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing to clients across Europe. We operate with a flat, collaborative structure where every voice matters.
Max Mencl
CEO & Founder
Visionary leader and the driving force behind eXceed. Max oversees strategy, client relationships, and the overall direction of both the agency and NGO. With a background spanning development, project management, and entrepreneurship, he bridges the gap between technical execution and business growth.
Tomas Gulis
Co-Founder & Administration
The organizational backbone of eXceed. Tomas manages administrative operations, financial oversight, and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning across both arms of the organization. His attention to detail and structured approach keep projects on track and compliant.
Maximilian Liska
Developer
A skilled developer contributing to eXceed's technical delivery. Maximilian works across the stack, building performant web applications and contributing to the agency's growing portfolio of digital products. Passionate about clean code and modern frameworks.
Branislav Roman
Developer
A versatile developer and one of eXceed's founding members across both arms. Branislav brings strong technical skills to client projects while also contributing to the NGO's mission-driven initiatives. Known for pragmatic problem-solving and reliable delivery.

The NGO arm channels our expertise into meaningful social impact. Through EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, and more), we deliver workshops, digital tools, and community programs that empower young people and local organizations across Europe.
Max Mencl
Co-Founder
Leads the NGO's strategic direction and project acquisition. Max identifies funding opportunities, builds international partnerships, and ensures that the NGO's initiatives align with eXceed's broader mission of digital empowerment.
Tomas Gulis
Co-Founder
Manages the NGO's administrative and financial reporting for EU-funded projects. Tomas ensures compliance with grant requirements and handles the organizational logistics that keep international projects running smoothly.
Branislav Roman
Co-Founder
Provides technical expertise to the NGO's digital initiatives. Branislav develops tools and platforms used in EU project deliverables, bridging the gap between social impact goals and technical implementation.
